How do I add a substitute login for PowerTeacher?

How to Set Substitute Sign In Settings

  1. On the start page, choose School from the main menu. The School Setup page appears.
  2. Under General, click Sub Sign In Settings. The Substitute Sign In Settings page appears.
  3. Use the following table to enter information in the fields:

    Description

    Sub Sign In Password Enter the substitute password.
    Include current date?

    Select the checkbox to include the current date as a prefix to the password.

  5. Click Submit. The School Setup page appears.

Note: The sub URL is psprem01.yccs.org/subs

Also, if a substitute will be in the classroom more than 30 days then NCLB  requires that the school notify parents using the attached letter.
